Employer Branding (EB)
- Founded and developed the Employer Branding division at MWG from 2017, pioneering the development and implementation of Employer Branding strategies for subsidiaries of MWG (Managed a team of 4-11 EB specialists).
- Successfully led MWG to become one of the most popular employers in Vietnam, winning many prestigious awards.
- Developed and executed employer branding strategies for all MWG subsidiaries, achieving a monthly target of 40,000-50,000 applications.
- As the builder and developer of career website: vieclam.thegioididong, with nearly 1 million traffics per month.
- Built a Media ecosystem with 20 channels, reaching over 1 million followers on all platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Zalo, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok).
- Expanded partnerships with over 100 universities, directly signing MOUs with over 30 universities to organize various recruitment activities.
- Developed and implemented EVPs every year, spreading recruitment communication messages through company culture and internal activities.
- Created various recruitment events such as Ambassador Programs, “Lô Tô” Event, Comeback MWG, Alumni MWG, Fresher Programs, MT Programs, Workshops, Webinars, etc.
- Focused on activities and processes to enhance the great candidate experience.
- Developed referral policies for internal candidates, achieving the target of increasing the Employee Referral Index (ERI) by 10%-20% of the total number of applications submitted monthly.
Talent Acquisition
- Managed a team of 20-36 talent acquisition specialists for multiple chains and subsidiaries within the MWG
- Recruited 1,000-2,000 new employees per month for Thegioididong, DienmayXanh, BachhoaXanh, 4K Farm etc.; technical positions at dichvutantam.com; pharmacy positions at Nhathuocankhang.com; logistics, e-commerce, back-office, and IT.
- Oversaw HR matters for chains, including recruitment, HRBP, employee retention, talent development, HR issue handling, and organizational structure.
- Built flexible recruitment processes, new employee onboarding process, employee experience process, and farewell process...
- Set and built annual KPIs for the recruitment department.
- Measured the productivity of the recruitment department.
HR Business Partner
- Trusted advisor to assigned chains on human resource management and processing solutions.
- Implemented and led workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, talent development, change management, and HR process improvement initiatives to achieve strategic goals.
- Conducted 360-degree surveys, built competency standards, and conducted surveys to evaluate the work environment.
- Implemented promotion and grade-up processes for departments, built organizational structure, salary scales, job descriptions, and productivity evaluations.
Talent Development
- Identified and developed internal talent through customized training programs and career development plans.
- Collaborated with Training and Recruitment Departments to attract, develop, and retain top talent, using data-driven insights to improve the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns.
- Directly trained onboarding courses for new employees, internal human resources professional training courses, and human resources knowledge training courses for middle managers.
Product Owner
- Played the role of Product Owner for many projects and products, including:
- Website: vieclam.thegioididong: Improved and built three new versions of the website from 2017 to 2023, (in terms of structure, interface UXUI, features, content, SEO, etc.), resulting in a 40% increase in website traffic, reaching nearly 1 million visitors per month.
- Built and managed the internal job website and over 20 landing pages.
- Built mobile apps for Internal jobs, Employee referrals, and Onboarding/Orientation.
- Built a recruitment management system including: candidate list management, interview scheduling, automatic interview booking, After-interview assessment, recruiter productivity management, candidate source BI, automatic SMS sending tool, auto Zalo ZNS, and auto email.
- Built some BI reporting tools and employee contract templates.
